01

Start with the visitor’s questions

What do you do, who can you help and how does someone contact you? We organize the page around these decisions, with useful service information and a clear next action. A focused landing page can support one offer; a broader website can explain several services.

02

Design for mobile use

Readable text, comfortable controls and layouts that adapt to small screens are part of the project. Images are prepared for web delivery and important content remains available on mobile. We consider the actual customer journey rather than treating the phone as a smaller desktop.

03

Give each service useful detail

Separate service pages can explain scope, common questions and examples relevant to that service. English and Spanish versions use their own URLs and language annotations. Content is written for the reader in each language rather than mixing two languages on one page.

04

Build the SEO foundations

The scope can include page titles, descriptions, headings, internal links, a sitemap and appropriate structured information. Search Console and analytics connections are separate setup tasks requiring the right account access. Technical preparation makes the site easier to understand; it does not promise rankings.

05

Connect the inquiry journey

We define where requests go and what visitors see after submitting them. Depending on the scope, this may be email, a connected form service or a customer system. We test the actual delivery before describing a form as ready to receive inquiries automatically.

06

Plan beyond launch

Domain setup, ongoing edits, content development and maintenance can be included in the proposal. We distinguish what ships with the website from services needing a separate connection or recurring cost. A finished visual design is the starting point for a useful business system.
